By accessing or using the Site, including any legal listings, information, content, interactive features, or related services (collectively, the “Offerings”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

CaseLegalPlan.com is a technology and information platform designed to help individuals access general legal information, educational resources, automated legal document tools, and self-guided guidance intended to improve access to justice.

Not a Law Firm / No Legal Advice

CaseLegalPlan.com is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, counseling, mediation, or legal representation. Nothing on this Site should be construed as legal advice.

No Lawyer Referral or Recommendation Services

CaseLegalPlan.com is not a lawyer referral service. We do not select, match, recommend, rank, endorse, or guarantee any attorney or legal professional.

Attorney Listings at User’s Direction

At a user’s express request, the Site may provide access to publicly available listings of independent legal professionals who may offer free consultations. Any decision to contact or retain a legal professional is solely the user’s responsibility.

We do not control, supervise, or influence any attorney and do not receive any portion of attorneys’ fees. We make no representations regarding the competence, availability, or conduct of any third-party legal professional.

Use of Automated Systems & AI

Certain Site content, tools, document templates, or guidance may be generated or assisted by automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI). Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and should be independently reviewed before reliance.

2. SUBSCRIPTION FEES, BILLING & SECURE CHECKOUT

Subscription Fees

By enrolling, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $29.90 USD to the payment method provided at enrollment.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month at $29.90 unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We use SSL encryption and do not store full credit card or banking information on our servers.

Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Support 24/7:

Please include your full name and identifying account information to ensure timely processing.

Refunds

If you cancel within thirty (30) days of your initial enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund of membership fees. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

All law-related content provided through the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments.

6. USER REPRESENTATIONS & REGISTRATION DATA

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that any information you submit is true and accurate.

Information submitted through the Site is not protected by attorney-client privilege, as CaseLegalPlan.com is not a law firm.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & SITE MANAGEMENT

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract Site content
• Harvest or collect personal information of other users
• Frame, mirror, or duplicate any part of the Site
• Impersonate others or engage in harassing conduct

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

8. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & LICENSE

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access Site content for personal, non-commercial use. All Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Referral Network Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or interactions with third-party legal professionals.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $500.00.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California. Class actions are waived.

You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first use.
